ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as A3 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(b)of NDPS Act in Crime No.479/2015 and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the Petitioner/A3 was found in possession of 2 Kgs Kgs of Ganja.

3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that as per the statement of the defacto complainant, entire contraband was recovered from the first accused and the Petitioner is implicated based on the confession of A1. It is further contended that the Petitioner is aged 78 years old senior citizen and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the respondent 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) opposed the anticipatory bail petition stating that the Petitioner is having previous cases of similar nature. It is further submitted that A1 and A2 were already arrested and remanded to judicial custody. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
