ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 341,294(b),323, 506(ii), 379 of IPC r/w. Section 4 of TNPHW Act and section 4 of TNPEI Act in Crime.No.

306 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant had borrowed a sum of Rs.25,000/- from the petitioner and he paid the entire amount along with interest, in the year 2013. On 15.10.2015 at 11.30 am when the defacto complainant went to the ration shop, the petitioner came with Two Wheeler and blockaded the defacto complainant and threatened him. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner.

4.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that it is a simple injury.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that it is a simple injury, this court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai, Thanjavur District and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C., scrupulously.
