ORDER

This writ petitioner has filed for Writ of Mandamus seeking electricity connection to the petitioner's house.

2. The respondent has already granted number to service connection No.113-07-19-498, without granting electricity connection.

3. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that pending writ petition the petitioner died. He further submitted that there is a 3rd party objection for granting service connection to the petitioner. The objector has objected to erect the electricity pole in his Patta land. The said objection ought to be rectified 2/4

by the consumer. Since the writ petitioner died, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. However, Liberty is granted to the legal heirs to seek electricity connection. The respondents shall provide electricity connection in the manner known to law.
