(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 25.08.2022, made in W.P. (MD) No.19717 of 2022.

2. Today, when the Contempt is taken up for hearing Mr.D.Selvanayagam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that, thought this Contempt Petition has already been filed, before it is taken up for hearing, the respondent has complied the order passed by this Court.
