This petition is filed to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the criminal appeal against the Judgment dated 28.02.2024 in C.C.No.94 of 2017 by the learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), who takes notice for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit, delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
