ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to de-seal the Photo Studio namely, Anbu Thambi Photo Studio, situated at No.15/22, ECR Road, Near Karakottai Bridge, Karakottai, Manamelkudi Taluk, Pudukottai District and handover the key to the petitioner, by considering his representations, dated 08.02.2021 and 09.02.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing on behalf of the third respondent submitted that the subject property was already handed over to the petitioner. That apart, the petitioner has also given a Letter dated 07.10.2023, stating that his grievance has been redressed. The relevant materials were also placed before this Court.

3. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. NCC : Yes/No 11.10.2023 Index : Yes/No smn2 2/4
