The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.149 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court at Dindigul to the learned Family Court at Karur to be tried along with the HMOP.No. 196 of 2021 pending before the learned Family Court, Karur.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even though the name of the respondent printed in the cause list, no one has appeared.
3. Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife and that the connected HMOP is pending before the Family Court, Karur, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the H.M.O.P.No.149 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Dindigul is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Karur to be tried along with the HMOP.No. 196 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Karur. The Sub Court, Dindigul is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Karur forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
