This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Municipality to provide a temporary place to the petitioner to run the shop until the new building is constructed and to grant reasonable time to vacate the shop situated in Shop No.63A/8, Gandhi Ninaivu Nootrandu Nalangadi, near Perarignar Anna Bus Stand, Sankarankovil, Tenkasi District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 23.01.2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that already the petitioner has been provided with an alternative site temporarily at Thiruvengadam Road besides the Municipality building and this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4

3. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
