ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Special court for SC/ST Act cases, Pudukkottai to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider the bail application on the same day in connection with Crime No. 12 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the first accused/first petitioner is having eight previous cases and that the second petitioner is charged with offence under Section 436 IPC.

3.Considering the nature of the offences and the antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Therefore, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
