RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for surrendering the petitioners accused before the learned J.M No.V, Trichy granted in order dated 7.9.2016 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.16715 of 2016 passed by this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.GANAPATHISUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- This Petition is filed to extend the time limit granted in the Criminal Original Petition.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the time is extended by two weeks on condition that the petitioners donate a sum of Rs.10,000/- to Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready.

4.Accordingly, the Crl.M.P is ordered.
