RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the Petitioner as in order dated 24/01/2017 by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.514 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20593 of 2016 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.ANANDHAVALLI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 24.01.2017 by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.514 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.No.20593 of 2016. 2.When the matter came up for hearing on 19.04.2017, this Court directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- in the account opened in the name of the Registrar (Administration), (for removal of Prosopis Juli Flora (Karuvelam Trees), Savings Bank Account No.6514082295, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai on or before 20.04.2017.

He further submitted that the petitioner had complied with the said direction and cost memo has also been filed to that effect.
