ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

2.The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 451, 427, 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C., @ 147, 451, 427, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPCE Act, in Crime No.1559 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 3.I have dismissed the petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail.

4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the first accused Nagarajan is also present. He states that he will rebuild the demolished portion of the house. Thiru.Nagarajan had already https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.2538 of 2020 made a submission before the Court below that he is forgoing his claim against the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant states that if the demolished portion of the house is rebuilt, FIR can be given quietus. Therefore, the consensus arrived out between the parties is recorded. I technically dismiss this petition, so that, the case itself can be given a quietus after the demolished portion of the house is rebuilt. The respondent is restrained from arresting the petitioner for a period of five months. 5.With this direction and by recording submissions made by both the parties, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. The respondent is restrained from filing any final report in the mean while.
