RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.212 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20437 of 2016 dated 10.01.2017 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.JAMMEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (criminal side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this Court regularly. She further submitted that in this case, investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and the same

is yet to be taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned.

3. Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
