Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 417, 420, 294(b), 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.498 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
3. The petitioner had earlier filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16464 of 2014, seeking anticipatory bail. It was dismissed by me on 13.11.2019. But the filing and disposal of the earlier petition has not been mentioned in this petition. The petition has been filed as if this is her first anticipatory bail petition. The petitioner has approached this Court with unclean hands.
