ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- he petitioner, who is arrayed as A7, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 494, 498(A) and 506(i) of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.33 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused demanded Rs.2,00,000/- as additional dowry and also harassed the de-facto complainant.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that it is a case of matrimonial dispute and the co-accused were already released on anticipatory bail by this Court on 20.10.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.20482 of 2015.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.
6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
7.
