O R D E R

This application is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 11.05.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 11.05.2017, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the enquiry was conducted and the petitioner has appeared for an enquiry and made a statement that they are going to settle the matter by measuring the property with the assistance of the Surveyor and in view of the statement given by the petitioner, the complaint has been closed.
