PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For anticipatory bail in cr.no.96 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC, in Crime No.96 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has purchased a lorry from the defacto complainant by paying a sum of Rs.5 lakhs. Due to previous motive, the defacto complainant lodged complaint as against the petitioner herein. Hence, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that there was a money dispute between the parties with regard to purchase of vehicle. Hence, he opposed this petition.

4.Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner has not produced any document to show that he has purchased the lorry, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
