ORDER

The petitioner came forward to file this Criminal Original Petition stating that though the dispute is purely of civil in nature, the third respondent has colluded with the complainant and harassing the petitioners day in and day out under the guise of enquiry and prays for appropriate orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the complaint given by the opposite party was duly enquired into and closed as "Civil in Nature" and the said statement on instructions, is placed on record.

In the light of the said development, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
