ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2024 and to take appropriate action as against the 6th respondent for illegally running the hallow block manufacturing unit in the name and style of "Jebin Hollow Blocks" in the residential area and to close the same and ensure the safety and hygienic environment to the public at large.

2. Considering the nature of the order going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the fifth and sixth respondents is dispensed with. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 29.10.2024, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to 3/6

the petitioner and the sixth respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
