ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible in Crime No.36 of 2020 and to file a final report in Crime No.36 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent herein under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 406, 506(ii) of IPC dated 20.11.2020 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that the second respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.36 of 2020 and also filed the final report before the concerned Court and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C. No.185 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai.

3. In view of the same, the petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
