ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No. 235 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.235 of 2024 has been completes and charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challeng the final report filed in Crime No.235 of 2024 in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
