O R D E R

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner wants the petition-mentioned encroachments to be removed. The respondents concede the allegations made in the affidavit. They seek eight weeks time to remove the encroachments. Time sought for by the respondents is granted.

3. The third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the encroachers. They shall be provided with due opportunity. If the third respondent comes to the conclusion after hearing the encroachers that there are encroachments, the same will be removed. 2/4
