ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ponnamaravathy, Pudukkottai District to dispose of the Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.248 of 2023 on his file within the time fixed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that I.A.No.1 of 2023 was filed by him seeking temporary injunction on 25.10.2021. Counter was also filed. Enquiry was heard and reserved for orders on 26.10.2022. Thereafter, order was not passed and the same is kept pending.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ponnamaravathy, Pudukkottai District, to dispose of the I.A.No.1 of 2023, within a period of fifteen(15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
