ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the Tender Notification issued by the respondent in Ref no. A1/15059/2023 dated 23.01.2024.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the light of the interim order granted by this Court, the tender notification was not given effect to and the validity of the tender notification has expired.

3. In the light of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
