O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation in Crime No.196 of 2015 from the file of the second respondent to any other effective agency for free and fair investigation in the light of petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2015.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.196 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 20.07.2015.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the second respondent is directed to serve closure notice to the petitioner.
