Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.In view of the fact that this petition has been filed at the earlier stage, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition and hence, the petitioner is directed to obey the condition as per the earlier order of this Court, dated 10.03.2017. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
