ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 379 of I.P.C., and Section 21(5) Mines and Minerals and Development Regulation Act in Crime No.227 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.2449 of 2020 petitioner.Therefore, he seeks to withdraw this petition, as far as the first petitioner is concerned.

4.Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn as far as the first petitioner is concerned. 5.The second petitioner is having two previous cases in the same nature.
