This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate Police Protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and his properties in Sy.No.1470/1, 1470/2, 1470/3, 1473/1 and 1473/2, Devadhanapatti Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District. 2.The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first and second respondents on 08.11.2021 and the same is still pending. 3.Considering the above, second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 08.11.2021 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
