RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl O.P.(mD) No.21468 of 2016 dated 15.11.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KANDASAMY, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed for relaxation of condition.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner was granted bail by this Court on 15.11.2016 imposing condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 17.11.2016 onwards.

5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) fairly conceded that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 17.11.2016 onwards and investigation is still pending.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, charges levelled against the petitioner herein, the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the reasons assigned for relaxing the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m for two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

7. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
