ORDER
The petitioner came forward to file this Criminal Original Petition to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner in the light of the petitioner's representation to the first respondent, dated 27.01.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the father of the petitioner has been falsely implicated in Crime No.437 of 2014 registered by the third respondent for the alleged commission of offence under Section 307 I.P.C and other allied offences and since his father has given a complaint in this regard, the third respondent police under the guise of enquiry, is harassing the petitioner day in and day out and would further add that the petitioner has filed a civil suit in O.S.No.324 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Sub-Court, Ambasamudram for declaration and permanent injunction and in spite of the fact the suit is pending adjudication, the third respondent is interfering with the civil dispute, prays for appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the said allegations are nothing but false and concocted. He would further submit that the third respondent is not interfering with the civil suit and the petitioner is not being harassed. In the light of the said statement, nothing survives for adjudication as on today and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
