COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned notification of the respondent in Proceedings Mava2/36348/15 dt. 10.02.2021 as far as Item No. 2 alone and quash the same as illegal and forbearing the respondent not to put up any construction abstracting the existing parking area in the Smart City Fruit Market Campus, Mattuthavani, Madurai.
