(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent commission to dispose of the Case/File No.12559/22/15/2024 pending on the file of the respondent herein in accordance with law within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondent.

4. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the aforesaid case has already been taken on file by the respondent. 2/4

5. Considering the said submission, the respondent is directed to dispose of the case/File No.12559/22/15/2024 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
