ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.820 of 2007, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Woraiyur Police Station, Trichy District, for the offences under Sections 144, 448, 427, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the First Information Report has been closed as a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 'mistake of fact' on 27.08.2018 and the same is also report before the concerned Magistrate Court. Therefore, the prayer in this

petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
