O R D E R

DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN., J AND R.POORNIMA.,J This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the entire records relting to the detention of the Petitioner's son namely Thariq @ Mohammed Thariq Anwar, Son of Raja Mohammed, aged about 25 years vide detention order, dated 20.01.2025 made in Detention Order No. 07/2025, passed by the second respondent and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu now detained at Central Prison, Madurai before this Court and set him at 2/5

liberty.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3/State by producing a copy of G.O.RT.No.1134, dated 6.3.2025, submitted that the Advisory Board has revoked the detention order passed against the detenu and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. 4.In view of the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
