ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register a case for taking suitable action as per law in respect of complaint dated 23.06.2015 and as per the order dated 31.07.2015 in Cr.M.P.No.6506 of 2015 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai and take suitable action.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.06.2015, a case in Crime No.390 of 2015 was registered by the respondent concerned for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 427, 294(b), 323, 355, 506(i) r/w. 109 of IPC.

3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.390 of 2015 and file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
