RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.No.9881 of 2016 in Crl.OP.No.12436 of 2016 dated 17.10.2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner MR.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed for relaxation of condition.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 26.07.2016 imposing condition to appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders. Thereafter, the petitioner filed Crl.M.P.(MD) No.9881 of 2016 and this Court by order dated 17.10.2016 modified the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on all Sundays at 10.30 a.m until further orders. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 30.10.2016.

5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) fairly conceded that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 30.10.2016 and investigation is pending.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, charges levelled against the petitioner herein, the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the reasons assigned for relaxing the condition, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. The condition is relaxed fully.

7. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
