2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, as per the orders of this Court, dated 26.10.2016.

Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) and also considering the charge against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner herein, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report
before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
