2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly, as per the orders of this Court, dated 01.11.2016.

Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) and also considering the charge against the petitioners herein, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the concerned Magistrate weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
