ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent to register the First Information Report as per the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai in Cr.M.P.No.1109 of 2020.

2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police, Vaiyampatti Police Station in obedience to the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, registered the First Information Report in Crime No.69 of 2021 on 14.02.2021.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
