ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the third respondent for not to harass the petitioner by intervening in the civil dispute related to the original suit in O.S.No.493 of 2024 pending before the Hon'ble Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 25.01.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, they conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as civil in nature. Therefore, the present petition has become 2/5

infructuous. During the enquiry, the respondents have not harassed the petitioner.

3. Recording the above said submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
