The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent police to register a case based on her complaint dated 27.07.2015 to investigate the case according to law.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the second respondent on 27.07.2015, but the second respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 28.07.2015.
