ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the first respondent to permit her to install Aavin parlor at the petition mentioned site.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for Aavin submitted that since the highways department had already cancelled the site permission, they are not in a position to consider the petitioner's request.

4. The first respondent is directed to intimate the petitioner about the position.

5. With this direction to the first respondent, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
