ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for 1/3

the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.43 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 03.02.2024, when the defacto complainant was fishing in a pond, the petitioner assaulted him stating that he should not fish in the pond. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital, however, the petitioner is having eight previous cases.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
