By order dated 20.02.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in OS No.137 of 2010 on or before 31.07.2025.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.297/2025, dated 14.08.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further two months time to comply with the order dated 20.02.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, two months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 20.02.2025.
