The Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned reply of the first respondent vide his proceedings O.Mu.No.58095/NIBI8/1/2020 dated 11.12.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to provide compassionate appointment to the petitioner in the fourth respondent hospital or any other department in the Sivagangai District based on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.3189 of 2021 the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2020 within the stipulated time.

2. Mr. S. Shanmugavel, learned Standing counsel for the State appearing for the respondents has placed the rejection order passed by the respondents before this Court in proceedings PROC.R.No.15545/E8/1/2021 dated 13.09.2021.

3.In view of the said rejection order passed by the respondents, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has now become infructuous. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order if so advised. No costs.
