The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by one Ganesan, C.S.R.No.95 of 2019 was issued and after enquiry the said complaint was closed on 02.06.2019 and as on date no complaint is pending against the petitioners. He has also produced the closure report before this Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions this petition is dismissed.
