Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.BOOPATHI PANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mrs.S.Prabha, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.
3.Considering the above submission and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 4.Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
