This petition is filed to set aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.12663 of 2014 dated 21.08.2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam.

2.The petitioner has challenged the direction given in Cr.M.P.No.12663 of 2014 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam to enquire the compliant and register a case filed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that already enquiry has been completed and a case has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ registered as against the accused persons and nothing survives in this petition.

4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
