No. 17511 of 2016 dated 19.09.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KUMARAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.Kandasamy, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed for relaxation of condition.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 19.09.2016 imposing condition to appear before the concerned court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 28.09.2016.

5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 17.10.2016 and investigation is pending.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, charges levelled against the petitioner herein and also considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court is inclined to relax the condition. The condition is relaxed fully.

7. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
