Respondents PRAYER:Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.520 of 2012 and add the accused persons Mayakkal and Veeranan @ Ashirvadham in the said Crime No.520 of 2012 as Additional accused and file final report within the period specified by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to complete the investigation and file final report in accordance with law in Crime No.520 of 2012 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Usilampatti Town Police Station, Madurai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the second respondent requires four months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the 2nd respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
